time-specific and pooled heterogeneous treatment effects in
longitudinal studies where outcomes may be truncated by death.
Supports continuous and binary outcomes, explicit data
validation and standardization, and covariate-dependent
treatment effects. Fits propensity-score, principal-score, and
outcome models and provides subject-level bootstrap inference,
covariate-balance diagnostics, principal-stratum summaries,
treatment-group-specific survival odds ratios, and
outcome-noise sensitivity analysis. Methodological background
is provided in &lt;doi:10.48550/arXiv.2608.06654&gt;.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/whhuan/actions/runs/37117599104</link><pubDate>Tue, 22 Sep 2026 22:07:36 GMT</pubDate><r:package>PDRobust</r:package><r:version>0.3.8</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://whhuan.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/whhuan/pd_robust</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>data-requirements.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>data-requirements.html</r:filename><r:title>Data requirements and standardization</r:title><r:created>2026-07-31 18:42:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-13 02:31:08</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>Functions.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Functions.html</r:filename><r:title>Detailed Function Presentation</r:title><r:created>2026-07-31 18:42:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-13 15:40:50</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>Details-for-Datacheck.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Details-for-Datacheck.html</r:filename><r:title>Details for function DataCheck</r:title><r:created>2026-08-01 06:13:17</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-13 02:31:08</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>diagnostics-profiling-sensitivity.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>diagnostics-profiling-sensitivity.html</r:filename><r:title>Diagnostics, profiling, and sensitivity analysis</r:title><r:created>2026-08-02 05:31:46</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-17 20:46:00</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>hte.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>hte.html</r:filename><r:title>Estimate the heterogeneous treatment effect</r:title><r:created>2026-08-02 05:31:46</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-13 00:11:23</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>prediction-models.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>prediction-models.html</r:filename><r:title>Prediction models</r:title><r:created>2026-07-31 18:42:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-02 05:31:46</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>method-and-coding.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>method-and-coding.html</r:filename><r:title>Treatment coding and interpretation</r:title><r:created>2026-09-13 00:11:23</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-17 20:46:00</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
